Dear Parents, Students,

I extended a warm welcome to Nichiphufamily.It is an

honor to lead such great school and staff that devotes their

lives to educating children.

The year 2001 marked the beginning of an era as the gates

ofNichiphu Children’s Foundation School opened to cater

the education needs of Itanagar. The greatest gift a

parent can provide a child, aside from love and attention,

is an education. This institution was created with an

objective of providing an outstanding 360 degree education

in character building, leadership, extra and co-curricular

activities, academics, along with a very strong, dedicated and

capable team of educators who became the driving force in

the growth of the School.

We aim to create a safe, nurturing yet challenging

environment that is built on positive relationships;

developing the whole student – emotionally, socially and

academically. Our pedagogy is child-centric with emphasis on inquiry and

project based learning. We care for and appreciate each of our

students as the unique individuals that they are, each with

distinct talents, interests and needs, and each with differing learning styles.

Schools are living things and we believe the best way to feel the excitement

that characterizes each day is central to understand what is

so special about us.
